Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIME

Packages are usually despatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. We use Royal Mail and these are the approximate Royal Mail transit times for packagees sent first class UK and standard class to international destinations:
UK – 1-2 days
Europe – 5-7 days
Rest of the World – 7-21 working days

If a package has not arrived or products have arrived damaged in transit then please contact us. We shall seek to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.


DELIVERY COSTS
We currently offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £70. Our other delivery costs are as follows:

UK – £4.60 per order
Europe - £8.00 per order
Rest of the world £15.00 per order



From time to time we may include a promotional item or two in a shipment that we hope you will enjoy. These are sent with our compliments and at no shipping charge to you. We bear any additional shipping charge that these extra items incur. You only ever pay the shipping costs for the items that you order and pay for.
